Puerto Princesa is now open for domestic tourism. Unfortunately, it’s only for point-to-point travel so you will need to pre-arrange your travel with an accredited hotel or travel agency. DIY travel is still not allowed. Check out the updated travel requirements to Puerto Princesa.
As mentioned above, you need to arrange a packaged tour if you plan to visit Puerto Princesa. Not all DOT-accredited hotels in Puerto Princesa are now open for domestic tourists outside Palawan. Some hotels only accept guests within Palawan. If you are a tourist outside Palawan, you may contact the following travel agencies or hotel accommodations. They will process your itinerary and get the necessary approval for your visit.
